Really good flavor, fast and easy. Want to make a bit more sauce next time. This is a keeper!!

Only made the stew and froze single size portions and it was as good the 3rd and 4th days as the first.
I served it on top of wild rice and had a great meal in minutes.

Easy & delicious. I receive many compliments every time I make it. I have added a cup of rice the last 20 minutes. Took up a lot of the juice. Did not add shrimp.

I tried this once on a whim to feed a large group. Since then, when I ask what one of the family wants for a special birthday dinner, this recipe has been the answer on several occasions.

The recipe is easy to follow and simple enough for a cook of any skill level. This recipe is easily doubled and tastes great even after freezing.

It did however leave out the part where the chicken thighs should be removed after the second cooking and de-boned.

If you saw the tv show, you'll notice that the recipe also leaves out adding chopped, fresh flat leaf parsley after the stew has finished cooking. This is VERY IMPORTANT. It adds a whole new dimension to the stew and should not be left out.

A delicious, quick, 1-pot meal. Impressive when served to company. Compliments galore. I serve it over rice with a nice loaf of bread and I make my own salad to go with it. Wow!
