Loved this recipe! Made the Masala Sauce to go with it. So amazingly good and super easy!

I wish I could give this a sixth star. Thank you Bobby Flay for providing this along with the Masala recipe. I have had six Indian Cooking classes and have tried probably 20 different recipes for Chicken Tikka Masala and this is the one that strikes that chord and meets the craving head on. A Grand Slam!

I made this & also made my own sauce to go with it. You can have chicken tikka without the masala sauce though. We enjoyed this curry recipe - it's very flavorful with all of the spices in there.

I think that chicken thighs are a bit more traditional for this recipe. The higher fat content really makes for a richer dish.

The ingredients call for chicken thighs, but the recipe refers to chicken breasts. Does anyone know which is correct?

Please provide Marianne Vadukul's recipe, too. I have eaten Indian food all my life (my dad grew up in India and was a good cook, and I would like to try the original. I am cooked another chicken tikka masala recipe, which was excellent and turned out very well, but I want to try other varieties.

This was incredible! Better than any I've had at a restaurant! I actually felt bad because my husband and I introduced some friends to Indian food via a local buffet. They thought it was good but we knew this one that I made was way better! I'm inviting them over tomorrow to make it for them. The only drawback to this recipe is that I made a HUGE mess in my kitchen. It took kind of a long time, too. I still give it a 5 for flavor, though. I left out about half of the spicy peppers. I like spicy but not too spicy! I just hope that as I continue to make it (and you bet I will I'll get more efficient. Way to go Bobby. I guess I know why you won!
