This is so yummy. Taste just like something you'd get at a restaurant. I love the dressing.

Fabulous!! This will be one of our go to salads. I'm going to have to hide it from my daughter if I want to eat it for lunch tomorrow. Thanks Bobby!!

I made this with other Asian style dishes for Lunar New Year. This was the dish we loved the most! Really flavorful and pretty healthy too.

This recipe is spot on in every aspect! I made the dressing in the blender. Black sesame seeds make a pretty garnish for this perfect salad. Thanks Bobby!

I love it! Great flavors and textures. Great balance of sweet and sour. Great balance between the tender chicken and the crunch from the veggies and peanuts. The dressing is the BOMB! I love peanut butter with chicken... Keeper recipe for sure.

    Thank you Bobby!

Great dressing! Salad is better if you let the dressing sit and marinate a bit before serving so the flavors can meld and cabbage can soften slightly.

Don't look further for a chinese chicken salad recipe!!! I'm a teacher at a local college and bring this EVERY semester to our potluck...my fellow faculty (and I--can't get enough! Even my husband...the "Oh no salad for dinner??" guy...LOVES THIS FOR DINNER! Prep is a bit more because of all the veggies you have to chop...but well worth it I promise!

This salad is AMAZING! I've made it several times now for all kinds of people and it always gets rave reviews! I keep the dressing separate and let people help themselves - then eat the leftover ginger dressing with just about everything I happen to have in the frig that week...

I absolutely love this recipe exactly the way it is. I notice a lot of people make substitutions. To each their own. I personally would NOT. And to those who cannot figure out where the "chipotle chile puree" is in the store.... it's not! You have to take a can of chipotles in adobo i.e. Embasa, and puree yourself! Another interesting way to enjoy this dish is to wrap all the salad ingredients, in whichever way suits your fancy, in rice paper wrappers soaked in warm water [summer roll] and serve the dressing as your dipping sauce. Hope this helps anybody out there and enjoy! Highly recommend!
