A great innovative way of blending classical taste with new wave, more sophisticated palate! Way to go, Bobby!!!!

This is the BEST chinese chicken salad I've had (anywhere and it's super easy because of the rotisserie chicken. My friends ask me all the time when I am making it again cos they love it so much. I switch up the veggies. Sometimes I use bean sprouts and I almost always add radicchio just cos it's pretty. It's all fantastic.

This is so wonderful and really easy. I use pre-shredded cole slaw mix and regular bagged romaine lettce. I wasn't sure what chipolte pepper puree meant - I found chipolte hot sauce and used that. The chili oil drizzle is a must as is the mint. I served for lunch with sesame breadsticks; the entire thing was devoured. Try it - it's fantastic!

I love Thai food and I couldn't wait to make this recipe. My husband and I both loved it. The different textures in the salad were great. The mouth watering flavors were well worth the extra ingredients I had to buy to make it. The peanut dressing was just fantastic. I will keep this in my recipe book to make over and over again.

I watched "Boy Meets Grills" for the first time last week and now I look forward to what he's cooking up next.

    Thanks so much,
    Teresa from Carmel, Indiana

Very quick and easy salad to prepare. I actually used a red bell pepper instead of the carrots and it turned out very well. Brought this to a BBQ for the 4th of July and it was a hit! There was none left to take home. :( Thnx Bobby... love your food!

This was a wonderful recipe. In my opinion, chinese chicken salad can only be so good--but it definitely doesn't get better than this! I used whole peanuts and if you like spice, be sure to add the hot pepper at the end. Also, I used chopped jalapeno instead of the chipotle peppers. Also, I put everything in a blender instead of whisking it. Wonderful!
