This was so delicious! I've made Chinese Chicken many time but THIS one is the best, that dressing is so darn good.

This was a wonderful recipe. In my opinion, chinese chicken salad can only be so good--but it definitely doesn't get better than this! I used whole peanuts and if you like spice, be sure to add the hot pepper at the end. Also, I used chopped jalapeno instead of the chipotle peppers. Also, I put everything in a blender instead of whisking it. Wonderful!

I've made this salad twice now and it is AWESOME! Like others, I couldn't find chipotle pepper puree so I pureed a can of chipotle peppers in adobo in the blender and used that. (It's great in Rachael Ray's Baked Chimichangas! I definitely agree the dressing should be made in the blender and I saved even more time (but not necessarily money by buying a rotisserie chicken, pre-shredded coleslaw cabbage and carrots, and bagged romaine salad. As my BF said, "It's like a spring roll in every bite!" : Thanks for the great recipe, Bobby! YOU ROCK!

This recipe is an excellent change of pace for a warm summer evening. One of the best peanut dressings I have ever tasted. The best part is that the kids love the dressing so much they eat all their vegetables!!!

Bobby NEVER disappoints...he is a culinary wonder and this recipe was so "Bobby" with all his fabulous flavors. The dressing is amazing and must be done in the blender as he did on the show. It's great to know that I can now make a restaurant caliber dressing in my own kitchen. I felt healthy after eating all the crunchy veggies too...great on a warm summer evening. I substituted cucumber for the snow peas and it worked nicely. Can't wait to share with family & friends. Thanks, Bobby! Your wife is one lucky lady. ;-
