    Very good restaurant-quality salad. I would rather have the restarurant make the mess for me, though! Would be great for a potluck.

    this dressing was so good. does get spicier as it sits in the fridge tho...so beware. great for lettuce wraps as well.

    Very flavorful salad. The only change I will make for next time is slightly higher ratio of lettuce to cabbage and snow peas.

    This is one of the best Chinese Chicken Salads I've ever tasted. Instead of the chipotle pepper puree, I finely chopped 1/2 of a seeded fresh jalapeno, and it was just as good. Try this - it's a great summer company meal!

    I've tried many Chinese chicken salads
    and this is one of the best. A little
    time consuming chopping the veggies
    but well worth it!!

    This is as close as I could get to my favorite Restaurant Salad in Honolulu; in fact,it is a tad spicier and better!

    I have made this several times for a group and EVERY time they all want the recipe! This is restaurant quality all the way. The only side note I have is, on the show he did the dressing in the blender for an emulsified dressing. Turns out quite nicely.

    This was AWESOME!!! Ohhhh, the flavors and textures....it was just wonderful. I used reduced fat peanut butter and didn't notice a bit of difference. You haven't had Chinese Chicken Salad until you've had this!
