Made it two days ago and still eating the leftovers. Great recipe with great depth of flavor. LOVE the dressing!

I was looking for something to do with a rotisserie chicken that was on sale at the supermarket and I came across this recipe. It sounded good so I decided to try it and we totally loved it! Even my really picky husband. That's always such a relief when the family enjoys the meal! I reduced the canola oil to 1/3 cup just to help cut the calories ever so slightly, and it was just fine.

Just made this salad for my wife who is pregnant and due in a couple of days with our second. Had to substitute the honey with maple syrup, but it still rocked!
I recommend this recipe. It is great for a quick and fairly easy prepped meal on the weekend or when ever.

The dressing is fantastic. I added more chipotle, and a little more honey. I also added the juice of half a clementine. This juice totally brightened the dressing up!!!!! I also added for color and crunch- red and yellow bell pepper strips, sugar snap peas instead of snow, chow mein noodles, crushed peanuts, a little shredded purple cabbage and just regular cabbage instead of Napa. It was so beautiful and deliciously crunchy. Just what a salad should be. Don't skip the cilantro, in fact, double it!!!

This salad is perfectly on point and really delicious! I really really love the chipotle pepper flavor. One thing to note is that it would be very difficult to make this salad in 20 minutes unless all ingredients were cut in advance. It took me around 45 minutes to make it and I was working quickly. Bravo, Bobby!

This is the most delicious chinese chicken salad ever!! There will be no more going out to restaurants looking for the perfect salad. I'm not a big fan of chipotle so I omitted it from the sauce. At the end I threw in some canned mandarin oranges (no syrup of course and it was perfection at its best. IF you wanted to add some crunch, you could fry up some wonton chips and throw them on top too. This recipe is definitely a keeper!!
