I made these a few days ago. I was looking at truffle recipes and came across this one. Being a Bobby Flay fan, of course had to try this. Really loved it. Spicey and chocolaty, so delicious. BTW I rolled some in different things as well, coconut, nuts etc. I loved em all. Thanks Bobby and Food network.
As for you folks who can't afford to buy these ingredients or they are too hard for you to go to 3 min. extra trouble for a truly exciting taste, or you can't wait until the recipe is posted and haven't even made it. I agree with another post. Get a life and quit being jealous of Bobby Flay.

As a very accomplished "chocolatier" in my own right, I have to congratulate Bobby on this truffle recipe. I happened to see this show today, and immediately got hit with the "chocolate urge" to create another chocolate creation. Truffles are one of my specialties, and this savory and sweet medley is perfect.

I just made these yesterday for a party and they were fantastic. I do like to read the reviews to look at other cooks reactions/substitutions/notes on a recipe. I choose to block out the negative ones. You know who is real and who is anonymous and just wants to bash. Bobby Flay is a fantastic chef, and I trust him more than any anonymous post. You gotta try these!

These were really good. I'm sorry that some people posted just 1 star because the recipe wasn't up yet. If you have not tried the recipe---Don't rate it!!!!!

It's too bad that there are so many false reviews for this recipe. You all should know that they never post a recipe BEFORE the show airs. In my experience, it usually takes 2 to 3 days from the first airing until a recipe is posted. This is normally the way it's done to accomodate the various time zones/airing delays across the USA. Learn from your mistake and don't mess up reviews for other recipes.

I cannot review this recipe because all I get is a blank page. I've even turned off my firewall and there's still no recipe. If you don't want to share the thing, then just say this recipe is being withheld. Last time I try anything from Flay!
