I only made the Pomegranate Vinaigrette and thought it was very good.

I make this recipe 9 times a year, ever since it aired on TV for the first time. The quantities are not correct with the apples in my opinion. I think it should be your own preference. The dressing is great the way it is and I always have some left over for another round. I don't always use the cheese when making it just for my husband and I. It's still good with out it.

I cannot count how many times that I have made this salad. It is mine and my daughter's favorite. Whole Foods Market carries the pomegranate molasses. The combination of the dressing, greens, apples, nuts, and cheese is awesome!

Tasted great. Crunchy, sweet, and tangy. Used fewer apples and added some escarole.

The dressing is amazing, and I like the combination. The only problem is that the apples overwhelm the other ingredients. I would reduce apples and increase greens.

I've made this twice and got great compliments each time. Had trouble finding pomegranate molasses but found a recipe to make it from pomegranate juice which worked fine. I was in a hurry the second time I made it, so I ended up using a store bought raspberry vinaigrette which worked out OK.

YUM! This salad has anything and everything you could want. Crunch, sweetness, tanginess. Sooooo goood! It was the first time I went to the Mediterranian section at the grocery store. The flavors combine beautifully!!!

I made this salad for Thanksgiving and am making it again for Christmas - it is probably the best salad I have ever had! I found pomegranate molasses at a middle-eastern market. The flavors are bold and tangy with a slight undertone of sweet. Just perfect! The only change I made was to use pecans instead of walnuts because that's what I had on hand. So great and I plan on making this lots in the future!
