    This was a big hit! The pairing of the aromatic lime, garlic, and cilantro with the mellow coconut finish is yummy! I tried brushing some of the marinade on as they finished grilling and it gave it a nice glazed finish.

    This was so good...my husband was skeptical at first (he has ordered coconut shrimp at a very nice restaurant and did not like it so he was not really excited about this recipe. However, all in all he loved it, and so did my kids.

    Very tasty - love the pairing of the coconut milk and lime juice and the cilantro and chili add a kick to the shrimp.
