- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, very cold
- 1/4 cup cream of coconut, such as Coco Lopez
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' or granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon coconut rum
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Combine all of the ingredients in a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment and whisk until soft peaks form.
