    I made these on a whim and they are so delicious! Like cranberry pecan pie : Pressing the dough into the muffin tins was the most difficult part, but it was worth the work. Making two more batches tonight for two parties. Yum!!!!

    It was a little tuff lining the mini muffin cups with the pastry dough. The result showed you don't have to be too fussy. These were really good and had a great presentation.

    Good tarts. Just a bit too sweet from the cranberries. Need more pecans. Overall, yummy!
