This was great! I would just use 1/2 the celery salt as it is a bit salty and definitely more sugar.

I added 7 strips of bacon, crumbled, into the slaw and let it sit in the fridge for 24 hours. Bacon made it sooo much better. And I agree that the celery salt should be added to taste.

This is an excellent recipe. My family loved it. The dry mustard gave it a kick. I used a teaspoon of celery seed instead of the second teaspoon of celery salt, and an extra tablespoon of vinegar. Instead of white vinegar I used apple cider vinegar.

My family loves this recipe. I will be making it this weekend to go with pulled pork sliders . Have made this many times. I cut back on the onion 1TBLS and celery salt to 1/4 - 1/2 tsp because i thought it was to salty. This slaw is a great side with any BBQ.Remember to taste while you cook and season to your personal taste .

This was terrible. Way too much spice. Didnt even taste like coleslaw. No lemon juice. No horseradish. This is definitely not slaw, more like a spiced mayo/cabbage salad.

It was okay, but I found it to be quite bland. It was missing the zing that I find really makes a good cole slaw.

I just made this as written and I have to say the celery salt adds an aftertaste I don't like. Maybe it's me because my husband loved it. Found it rich. I think I may cut back the amount of celery salt next time, but not because it was salty. I'm just not a fan of celery salt.

This was my first time making cole slaw and this was PERFECT! I left out the dry mustard and put in just a squirt of regular brown mustard. I didn't use celery salt, I used celery seed cuz that's what I've always had in coleslaw. This was AWESOME!!!!
