    Saw this Cole Slaw in the NYC BBQ episode of Boy Meets Grill and it looked delicious !! Tried it last week and erved with pulled pork sandwiched and it was an instant hit ! everyone loved it ! Bobby does it again !! I also substituted some Grey Poupon Djon mustard for the dry and it gave it a nice kick.

    I'm not a coleslaw fan but this recipe is great! It is a bit tangy because of the mustard, which I love but my daughter doesn't. It's not too mayonaisy or watery. I ate this on the sandwich and more on the side!

    Great recipe. Make sure you don't make it too far in advance or the cabbage will wilt down and get soggy.

    The flavor is really good, but next time I'll chop the cabbage much finer. This is a keeper of a recipe.

    I took this dish to a fish fry, and got tons of compliments on it. It's not too sweet, and it's not soggy. WONDERFUL!! Will make this my signature slaw from now on (sorry, Bobby.
