Loved this slaw. Spicy and flavorful with the mustard and celery salt. I used packed cabbage slaw blend. Even my husband who normally does not like mayo loved it. We enjoyed it w alton's cornbread and the neely's tangy barbecue chicken!

The best creamy coleslaw recipe ever! I've made it numerous times & get raves every time. I tweaked the recipe by using a little less dry mustard, sugar & celery salt and used the pre-packaged coleslaw.

Delicious and creamy and much better when you let it sit overnight to marinate! Makes prep easier too when you can do it early!

This was the creamiest and most delicious coleslaw I've ever had. I used cider vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of celery salt, and slightly less than a full tablespoon of dry mustard. I used three chopped green onions instead of shredded Spanish onion because that's what I had on hand, and I also cheated and used a bag of fresh express shredded cabbage coleslaw mix. It was perfect for serving over hot dogs, bbq, or just by itself. This is going to be a summer time standard!!

It wasn't bad but there was way too much celery salt in it. I used a bag of pre-shredded slaw instead of shredding my own. There was too much "bite" in it either from the amount of onion or the mustard or both. It wasn't awful but won't make it again.

Absolutely the BEST!! I have never liked cole slaw until I had it at a restaurant called "***** of the Walk". It was a yummy seafood/southern cooking chain in the south. After it closed, I feared I would never eat it again until NOW!!! The celery salt and dry mustard....sugar and vinegar....it's just a perfect blend of ingredients. Instead of chopping my own cabbage, I buy the angelhair shredded cabbage from my grocery store. I know its cheating, but it saves a lot of time :This is my family's go to slaw recipe now!!!

Excellent! Very light not super mayo-y. For the sour cream I added the new flavored sour cream, chipotle. Made it even better. Will use again.

It is a good recipe!!! I did not have celery salt, so I added 2 table spoons of shredded fresh celery and 1 tea spoon of salt. Two spoons of salt just seemed a lot. And I did not have any dry mustard, so I put a table spoon of whole grain Dijon mustard. All came out very well. It was a first cole slaw I ever made!!!!
