I give it a 3.5...rounded up to a 4. The crepes: the batter i normally use has 2 eggs in it. I tried this one as is and i prefer the lighter crepe my old way. This one was a bit eggy. The sauce is very good and gets a 5 for flavor but was too thin and runny eve cooked down. Iended up adding 1.5 t b cornstarch dissolved in water to thicken it up.

I worked as a technology instructor at a college that also had a culinary school. My students would always make yummy treats, and Crepes Suzette was one of them. Recently I moved across the state, and I was missing them big time. I doubted that I could find a recipe that lived up to their standard....but THIS recipe is an exact match. The crepes taste light and delicate, the orange sauce is divine. Seriously--I never made crepes before this, and they came out perfect. This recipe is fool-proof.

This is my mom's favorite dessert and I've tried to make it before with a different recipe and this one turned out 10000x better, and it was easier to make. I wish the sauce turned out a little thicker though.

This recipe is absolutely fantastic! I have been using this as an adult breakfast for awhile. A great suggestion... replace the orange liqour with some Amaretto and top the crepes with some thinly sliced pears. Regardless, Bobby Flay and his recipes are hit every time!

This recipe was excellent and the crepes were delicious! We added additional orange liqueur to the finished plates and lit it on fire... so fun, and so delicious. My only issue was with the oranges. Next time I would remove all visible pith from the oranges and slice the sections into smaller, thin chunks. But honestly, once covered in ice cream they're pretty good! (The crepes were so yummy I ate one by itself!

This is a really good recipe, thank you. If you like crepes, you can also have some delicious French crêpes with original fillings, without alcohol, for your kids. You can find another recipe here

I've been looking for the perfect crepe batter and finally found one! Even though I didn't make the sauce, the crepes in itself were very yummy enough. Will definitely make these again and again :-
