    OMG!!! This sauce is friggin awesome......I used snapper filets which I grilled and put the sauce over that. I did put a little bit of cumin on the filets....I will make this sauce again. Gonna put the leftovers over grilled shrimp tonight! Yum

    I had just bought a freshly caught Red Snapper in Channel Islands Harbor CA. I had never cooked a whole fish before and since I didn't have a deep fryer along with the rice flower I thought I would make the vinaigrette and season the Snapper the way Colleen mentioned and throw it on the BBQ. WOW is all I can say! The vinaigrette is really amazing! The next night we had Spencer steaks so I used some of the vinaigrette on those. Yum!
    Normally I would give this recipe five stars but since I didn't follow the recipe to the T I gave it four. Mind you, the vinaigrette is a five star in my recipe box.

    I did the vinaigrette for a grilled whole red snapper, which I had seasoned with olive oil, sea salt, pepper and lime zest and stuffed with lemon and basil. It was delicious. I don't like messing with deep frying, but the sauce would be a winner on any grilled or broiled white fish.
