    Best burger EVER!!! This burger is the reason I travel from Boston to Mohegan Sun to get it at Bobby's Burger Palace! It is amazing when made at home too, but there is just something about eating it a BBP's, whether it's the addition of the sweet potato fries or the giant onion rings. This burger is a hit no matter where it's eaten!

    The "options" make this Beef Burger Better,tho' Taller. So,place on the side as a mini Salad. Bite of Truly the Best Crunch Burger and then a bite of 'salad". Buy the book.It is great!

    This is an awsome burger. Personally I would not use american cheese for anything, the stuff is just discusting. Some nice sharp cheddar is way better.

    I know this burger my father has been making for years. We like it hot; He uses pepper jack in the bechamel. I live for the crunch in food, I never tried chips on a burger...it's Awesome.
    My favorite: If you like menudo try tortilla chips in the soup instead of corn of flour torlillas on the side..it's the best.

    I have tried every burger recipe in the book!!! Kosher salt.....pepper.....and olive oil made the best burger I have ever made in the last 25 years!!
