If you like peanut sauce this is a really yummy salad!! I was just sad we made to much and couldn't save it, or it would've been too soggy.

I am still craving this salad after making it a couple of days ago. We added a little more water than the recipe called for. The only bad thing is that the leftovers don't taste as good, so I would only make what you would eat that day.

The sauce is just perfect for the vegetables and the crisp wontons. Just add a little bit water to the sauce to thin it out.

It is what it says. You will not be blown away but you will not be disappointed and neither will your guest, family or customers. This is a solid recipe that if you add a dash of imagination can be a good solid work horse at your lunch or dinner table.

Something different for a crowd. Found a few short cuts that help - buy bag of cole slaw mix and rather than frying wonton's , bake them in oven after spraying with cooking oil - first to sheet and then top of wonton's. Yummy.

This was absolutely wonderful with the addition of the cabbage. The sauce was perfect and especially the fried wontons add more crunch. Now my family is hooked on this great green combo.

Maybe I didn't use enough veggies but the sauce was slightly too peanut-y for me. I did serve it with Booby Flay's Grilled Shrimp Skewers and the fresh taste of that did balance out the meal well. I might try it again with more veggies.

Really great flavor and textures. My only complaint is that leftovers are soggy if you put the sauce on as the recipe instructs, so maybe keep it separate. Then you can use it for other dishes, too.
