OMG - I'm still reeling from the excellent hamburger I made from Bobby Flay's recipe. I don't think I've had a better burger in my life - even in a restaurant. It was off the charts wonderful. I only used 6 oz. of meat per burger (getting up there in age which was perfect for my crowd. I would not change a thing, other than that. Something about the combo of the beef, ham, cheese and pickle that just tickled my taste buds. My guests said the same thing. This WILL be made again - and soon. Don't skip anything!

We have been making these burgers for years now and they are, by far, the most delicious burgers we've ever made. Generally, I use lean ground beef, but sometimes turkey burgers and sometimes veggie burgers. Either way, they have SO MUCH flavor. The mayo is fantastic. We use the garlic dill pickles. These burgers are not difficult to make and sooo good.

Wow! I made these several times over the summer and they are always amazing. A little extra effort at a cookout but totally worth it.

My husband and I tried the Cuban-style Burgers and they were delicious. It have such a great taste. I love pickles, so I know next time to put plenty of pickles on my burger. It was different than your classic hamburger. My family loved!!! it, Thanks Bobby.

This was AMAZING! I did in on a grill pan, and weighted the foil wrapped-sandwiches w/ a heavy pot. Go to the trouble of roasting the garlic and adding it to the mayo, IT WORTH IT! My children gobbled these up...this will be a new staple in our family

My boyfriend loved this recipe! I made a few changes to it: I used American cheese instead of Swiss and Jambon jam as the smoked ham. I also added the garlic to the ground beef because I made my own mayo and it contained garlic :D Suggest you try it!! I'm Cuban and loved the burgers!
