    very easy, very tasty, it was a hit at our memorial day cook out
    everyone couldn't believe how easy it was
    I actually used onion buns and that added and extra flavor.

    these burgers were great. they are such a treat. we had them for our memorial day bar-b-que and they were a hit. what a change from your everyday ho-hum burgers. thanks bobby.

    A Newbie at cooking in general, but love cooking on the grill, tried this recipe today. It turned out Great, made 6 burgers. Highly Recommended.

    I saw the episode yesterday 5/29. I made the burgers using kaiser buns and they were a true hit. I made 8 and they were all eaten up in no time...This has to be one of the best burger recipes ever.

    Can't wait to try them out again during football season at a tailgate party.
    A must for all grills

    I saw this episode today and immediately tried the Cuban burgers out on my wife. It was sensational!! Easy and extremely tasty. The garlic spread was mouth watering and instead of the smoked ham, I used a peppered ham.

    A great twist on the classic hamburger. I thought the burgers turned out great. Make sure you have all the ingredients prepped and ready to go before you put the burgers on. I used onion rolls with this and thought they complimented the burgers well. Make sure you don't over cook the burger once you put the brick on it b/c the buns become like rocks. Don't skip any ingredients b/c they compliment each other perfectly.
