I have made these burgers on several occasions for family and friends and each time my guests have been overwhelmed with the amount of flavor these burgers have. If this recipe sounds even remotely interesting to you then I challenge you to find out for yourself.

Made these last summer on the grill. Saw the episode again (in the dead of winter and it made me wish for spring. These burgers were amazing. Hands down, best burger ever. If you are even thinking of making it, go ahead!

We prepared these hamburgers over labor day weekend and our whoel Cuban family loved them. They turned out exactly as described...and the family loved getting the bricks from the garage and wrapping them in tin foil - thought it was fun!

What a pleasure, this is an outstanding burger. Bobby Flay is definately an Iron Chef, from the hardest recipe to this simple burger, it doesn't get any better. Easy to make and it taste outstanding.

Try and get bakery style hamburger buns because Wonderbread buns won't hold the juices in much. If you have a George Forman grill you can use it to press the burgers down.

No wonder Bobby won the throwdown with this burger. The mayo with roasted garlic mixed in the bun with the Dijon mustard gives it a great kick, and the mixture of smoked ham and cheese makes this Cuban Burger a home run hitter.

This Cubano burger is AWESOME. If you're looking for a way to change up plain cheeseburgers, this is it. Hoooray for Bobby! Thanks for the great recipe.
