This recipe has great flavors, however, it was far too salty..
Almost inedible.. Reduced the salt to taste second time
and loved it!

I made it tonight for dinner and my husband and I loved it!. I'm making again tomorrow : I had to make a few substitutions because i did not have saffron or tahini or sherry vinegar. Some hummus, white wine vinegars worked just fine. We give it 2 thumbs up

Loved the chickpea salad and Red pepper Vinaigrette, but agree much to salt with the Scallops, next time I think we would use no salt and just the cumin and pepper

Made this for my wife today and it was really good and easy to make. I followed others sugestion and cut back on the salt, and could cut a little of the cumin on the scallops as well. Served it on a bed of baby lettuce for a fresh, crisp crunch and paired with a New Zeland Sauvignon Blanc. We'll do it again!

I couldn't find a good price with scallops so I used salmon. It was perfect. I will make this again with salmon. I had to remember to cook the salmon a little longer than if using scallops.
The Red Pepper Vinaigrette was a little too spicy but if I reduce the cayenne pepper it will taste the same.
The next day's leftovers tasted even better because the chickpea salad's flavors had more time to mix. For a quick snack, just make the salad, no cooking required.
The level of difficulty seemed to be set too high.

I followed this recipe to the tee and it was so salty that I had to throw most of it away. What a waste! I wouldn't put any salt in the seasoning for the scallops. The chickpeas had good flavor but they too were on the salty side.

At 1.5 tblsp salt, there is a lot of salt in this recipe. Question for Bobby: Is Kosher salt not as salty as table salt?
I don't think the chickpea dressing and scallop vinaigrette tastes blend as well as I would expect from Bobby, but it was good. I saw Bobby do this on his show using a great looking Webber charcoal kettle grill. I did mine on a gas grill because we're in the middle of Tropical Storm Fay, but it turned out well.
Keep on grillin' and chillin' Bobby!

The flavors in this were phenomenal. I'll make this again and again.
