This was a great hit with both men and women and so easy. It makes a hearty and delicious side! the lemon olive oil dressing is perfect.

Great salad, and very easy. I will admit that I did serve it more like a reqular salad. Instead of serving it on the sliced bread, I cut them into cubes and added them as croutons. Worked great, and easier for guests to eat. Really went well with the lamb shish-kabobs.

I just printed off the recipe to make the dish myself. I had this at our fall potluck and it was amazing. Fresh and delicious.

My family slurps this salad down in double-quick time---I've never seen veggies disappear so fast amongst a crowd of veg-shy folk! I've served it at all times of the year & love how easy it is to make. I, too, add the greek olives and have also used chopped parsley in place of the dill. Have added baby spinach leaves to it also for additional veg-power. Don't know how to say it in Greek, but it's deliciakos!

I absolutely LOVE this salad. It's delicious as written. I usually toast the bread under the broiler. Of course, it's best right when made, but isn't too bad the next day if you don't mind the bread soaking up moisture from the tomatoes and dressing.

Fabulous. Like others, I also added Greek olives. Simple, tasty and fresh.

Flavors are amazing for such simplicity.
I added pitted Kalamata olives, and used the ratio of 1/2 cup Good Greek Olive oil, 1/2 cup red wine vinegar, and 1/4 cup of lemon juice with the dill in the dressing. Outstanding! definitely a crowd pleaser.

I have made this recipe many times (Often at someone else's request and it is always well received.

I kick it up and add Gorgonzola instead of Feta every once in a while for a different twist.

I made this for a summer dinner party where we served all kinds of Greek foods. This salad was certainly the hit of the party! Lemony, fresh and hearty! I will make this again and again and again and again!
