    I had this dish at Mesa Grill in Las Vegas about a month ago. It was absolutely outstanding. I just watched this Throwdown episode and I can't wait to make it at home! Yum! I wonder if there is a way to avoid deep frying...I know it would compromise things, but I always feel guilty frying at home. Has anyone tried baking the final product (oven fried?

    Does anyone know where to find the recipe for the competitors' Chile Rellenos (the winning recipe? While I'm sure Bobby's is good, the competitors' version looked much healthier and more authentic.
