    I couldn't find farro at my grocery store, so I just used white rice, which turned out well. Everything was really good, but the vegetables were a little bland, and the dill dressing was a little too strong with the dill. Next time I would probably season up the veggies a little more and cut back on the dill in the dressing. Other than that, this recipe was great. My family really enjoyed it.

    I made this salad for a dinner party recently, but couldn't find farro so I used quinoa instead. I also added lemon zest to the vinaigrette, and it turned out amazing. I am making it for Thanksgiving tonight, as it tastes better the day after you make it. Delicious!

    This was terrific. I added some grilled mushrooms and red pepper. Also added some parsley. The farro is a little hard to find. I got it at Whole Foods. I will make this again!

    The dressing for this salad comes together so quickly and it can be used for so many things it's light and crisp. this salad is a great summer BBQ favorite.

    I loved this recipe! I too roasted the veggies and addes yellow bell peppers. I used barely and added some garlic powder and loved it! Even my husband loved this salad. I will make it again.
