    Wow! Delicious! My husband has several food allergies, so we adjusted as follows: in place of the chiles and tomatoes we substituted achiote for seasoning and color. Also, we sub'd lactose free milk with corn starch added in place of the cream. Since we didn't have chives, we chopped up a shallot and simmered it in the strained broth and added peas for color and texture. Also, we used lobster meat only since we had plenty. We had the time, so cooked the stock longer (we think it added a lot of extra flavor! Well done Bobby!
