Absolutely fantastic flavours - my partner and I both agree that we prefer these to battered fish tacos, both in terms of flavour and how much healthier they are!

I made red cabbage coleslaw instead of the lettuce, also no parsley, doubled the cilantro. AWESOME! My husband eats fish tacos a lot when on business trips and said these were the best he has ever had! I used a cast iron grill pan and grilled the fish on the stove top as we still have snow on the deck. It tasted like summer inside! Delish!

Ok these fish tacos were not just phenomenal....but they were INSANELY FANTASTIC. My mom and I had parties going on in our mouths. I did double the fish since my mom loves fish tacos. I also added a bit of Cajun seasoning and cayenne pepper to the marinade.

What I did differently to the salsa is as follows (WHICH TOTALLY ROCKED!!:
    1. Used 1 whole red onion
    2. Used 6 cloves of garlic
    3. Used a handful of cilantro, give or take
    4. Used a handful of parsley
    5. Used 1 teaspoon of cumin
    6. Used 3 habanero peppers and seeded 1.5 of them
    7. Juiced 4 limes

You don't even have to measure anything out. It is all based on your preference. My mom and I enjoy the heat but not to where it is unbearable and this was just the perfect combination because the avocados complimented the salsa just perfectly!!!!

Love the salsa just made it, and I added corn to it for some color and sweetness...

We were looking for good salsa recipes to give to friends as gifts this year for Christmas. We wanted a hot and mild. This is the one we chose for HOT. And boy was it ever HOT. It is PACKED with amazing flavors but is definately not for the weak. We had a ton of comments on the deliciousness of this one. So hot, but too good to turn away from... you have to keep dipping. You know Flay has to have great salsa -- hmmm, we kept some for ourselves and I am going to have more right now. DELICIOUS!

(I am sure the fish is good too, but we only tried the salsa

I don't make the salsa, but the fish turns out great. I usually put it in the broiler since we don't have a gas grill, and it still comes out tasty. I make a corn and black bean salad on the side for a simple light meal.
