    We were looking for good salsa recipes to give to friends as gifts this year for Christmas. We wanted a hot and mild. This is the one we chose for HOT. And boy was it ever HOT. It is PACKED with amazing flavors but is definately not for the weak. We had a ton of comments on the deliciousness of this one. So hot, but too good to turn away from... you have to keep dipping. You know Flay has to have great salsa -- hmmm, we kept some for ourselves and I am going to have more right now. DELICIOUS!

    I don't make the salsa, but the fish turns out great. I usually put it in the broiler since we don't have a gas grill, and it still comes out tasty. I make a corn and black bean salad on the side for a simple light meal.

    I'd never used achiote before and easily found it at a local latino market. Followed this closely for a fantastic finish. Although, I made the salsa too hot, it was still a big hit! Incredible flavors with some fresh cabbage and sharp cheddar with 2 corn tortillas as holders.

    I've been looking for a good recipe for fish tacos, and I think I found it. I used mahi mahi, and the marinade was fantastic. I've never cooked with achiote paste before, but it imparted a sweet, distinctly Mexican taste to the fish which was well received by my guests. The habenero salsa was also quite tasty -- it had a bit of heat, but nothing overpowering. This is a fun dish to entertain with because it lets guests put together their own dinner. I highly recommend it!

    I couldn't find anchiote paste so I used Goya's seasoning with culantro and anchiote about half an envelope(Hispanic foods isle. The salsa was on point though! I left out the cilantro because I am not a big fan but added more parsely and loved it!

    MY NINE YEAR OLD GREAT-GRAND-DAUGTHER KYLE IS ONE OF YUR BIGGEST FANS..SHE LOVER FISH TACOS AND DECIDED THAT SHE WOULD FIND A RECIPE WORTHY OF PREPARING FOR HER GREAT -GRANDFATHER, THIS WAS A DREAM COME TRUE FOR KYLE..THANK'S TOO YOU...BOBBY...YES !
