This is a great recipe! It took a little time and quite a few ingredients but it is soo worth it. I will use it on burgers, pork chops, chicken and anything else I can think of......

what can I readilly obtain & substitute for the different peppers & chilis that you use. North east Ohio with all its snow & w are still grilling outside. Some of your ingredients are not radilly available & without the taste/texture/uniqueness just isn't there. A hart healthy newcomer following the dr orders. Thanks Bobby

    Bobby,

My wife has a gluten alergy as well as allergies to corn, tomatoes, peanuts, soy & white potatoes.

Our question is how to make your balsamic bbq sauce without the kethup. Also the worcheshire sauce may also be a probelm.

Can you provide us a balsalmic bbq receipe & replace the kethup?

    Thanks, your loyal folllowers.

Very good, but needs 2-3 tablespoons of tomato paste to balance out the acidity from all the vinegars

This BBQ sauce is awesome. I am a southern girl and we don't eat a lot of balsamic vinegar around here, but I love it. My favorite Bobby Flay recipe so far!!
