Divide the cheese among 4 bowls. Top the cheese with a large dollop each of orange marmalade and honey. Sprinkle with the pine nuts.

Cook's Note

*Toast pine nuts in a small skillet on the grill or on a burner over medium-low heat. Alternatively, toast pine nuts in a toaster oven.
