This is the perfect no frills fried chicken recipe. Chicken was moist and juicy inside and crunchy on the outside. This is the only fried chicken recipe we use.

Because I did this recipe with boneless skinless breasts, it cooked very quickly. We thought it could have used a light sauce of some sort, but definitely enjoyed it.

People often over do the spices and rubs. There is nothing like a little salt and pepper and a golden crust.

I love Bobby Flay, and I enjoy his recipies. I learned about him from the Rachael Ray show. I am addictaed to his Throw Down show and I especially tune in when he is on Iron Chef. He has even taught me a thing or two on the grill on Boy meets Grill. Thanks so much Bobby!!

This is a great recipe for those who've never made fried chicken before. It's also great since I was looking to do something different with some chicken I had and didn't have oil to waste for a few strips. Everyone enjoyed this recipe for friend chicken.
