Absolutely amazing margarita. A perfect drink. Cactus pears are in season now - so I made my own puree. Just make sure you strain the seeds out. Serve mine on the rocks. The best margarita I have ever had!

THE best part of going to Bobby's Burger Palace and definitely the best drink to go along with whatever you get.

I drank a lot of these in the new Mesa Grill in the Atlantis on Paradise Island, Bahamas. They are the pefect blend of sweet and tart. I also love them on the rocks similiar to a martini. The minute I got home I was trying to find the recipe. My fiance' and I are going back in two months and I can't wait to have dinner there again. Bobby never disappoints!

Couldn't find any cactus pear juice at my usual grocery store, but found a desert pear gourmet flavoring. That's what I used and I must say I LOVE this margarita! Thanks Bobby!

    These are GREAT!!
BTW - to the "where do I find.." question... Goya has the juice - There's alot of Mexican/Latin stores & sections in my area - try those & the Goya section of your market...
