- 4 ounces orange-flavored liqueur (recommended: Cointreau)
- 4 ounces cactus pear syrup
- 2 ounces fresh lime juice

Directions
Combine tequila, orange-flavored liqueur, cactus pear syrup, lime juice and ice in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Serve in rocks glass and garnish with lime.
Cactus Pear a.k.a Prickly Pear: The pulp of these cactus fruits is a brilliant red or, occasionally, a yellowish green, and it tastes a bit like watered-down watermelon. Cooks exploit the color by adding slices of the pulp to fruit salads, or by pureeing it and straining out the seeds. They're quite popular in Hispanic countries and around the Mediterranean.

I went to three grocery stores in search of Cactus Pear Juice (or syrup, including the local Mexican grocery store and our local gourmet store... and found nothing in the form of cactus juice. So, I am a bit disappointed. I have not checked to see where Bobby is located, but, today, I have tried two of his recipes and cannot find all of the ingredients. Since, I can only imagine how yummy these drinks are, I can only give them a 4. Sorry, Bobby.
