Yummy, served this on Christmas Eve, my family loved it. I ruined 2 of my baking sheets, but it was worth it!

I loved it> Have two very unusual eaters. They will eat Chef Flay"s recipes only outside of what I fix them. Now My teenager sees why I like him

I made this dish for some friends and they loved it. I also had an idea to try it with pork tenderlion instead of chicken/hens - talk about rave reviews!

It's all about the glaze, delish. I made 6 hens and increased the measurements accordingly. I made my life simple by prepping the glaze a day ahead. Glaze makes enough for two meals, so freeze half and use half for anything--chicken & ribs too. Make sure the hens are patted dry as well as your hands when applying the garam masala.

Fabulous flavor!! I split the cornish hens and grilled them instead of cooking them in the oven. I also made the Oven Roasted Cauliflower with Turmeric & Ginger. Another great recipe from Bobby Flay!!!

This dish is over the top flavorful delicious! I used 2 smallish chicken, cut them in halves and then followed the recipe to the T. We eat lots of Indian food in this family, and everybody was absolutely happy with this meal, which also included the Lentil and Split Pea with Roasted Garlic Naan (made the Naan myself, since we have no access to these beauties here in Alaska and also the Oven Roasted Cauliflower with Turmeric and Ginger. I always try to have a Sunday cookout, where I cook whatever it is I want. This one took a while to make, so if you cook the whole chickenkaboodle, give yourself all afternoon. It's worth every minute!!

I didn't have the same issue with this as other reviewers. It was ok with me if it wasn't traditional Indian. However, I just wasn't crazy about the flavors. They didn't work together like I'd hoped when I read the recipe.
