Bobby, don't know if you follow these post or not saw this today and thought I'm going to try it. I have a family of 7, so I was said a silent prayer and went for it. WOW! I was impressed at how easy it was and how great it tasted. However the real test was going to be the family. It was a total success. The entire family loved them. Thanks, huge fan 4 life. I have been reading how healthy sweet potatoes are, so was looking for a simple, fast and easy way to make them. Well, I found a winner! These are so good I make them, maybe too often. It's surprising what a great side they make to many main dishes! In the winter I just put them in the oven and they come out great every time!

Super easy and super tasty! I used chipotle chile powder instead of red pepper flakes to give it a smoky flavor and it was great! I love how the garlic tastes with the herbs and sweet potato...definitely a keeper!

I have only had sweet potato fries one other way, that was frozen. This recipe BLOWS that out of the water! We saw Bobby make this on T.V. and decided to try it. One of the best desicions I have made while cooking. Bobby, you are the MAN!

Best sweet potato recipe ever! I had fewer potatoes than called for and had to finish in the oven, but took previous advise and did not decrease garlic oil and it was perfect. Cannot wait to share with the deck and grill gang this summer!

These were great. My boyfriend and I are big sweet potato fans and I wanted to try something a little different for dinner. I didn't use the grill, however. I heated a little oil in a pan and kind of "fried" the potatoes to a perfect "done-ness." Then tossed in the garlic and thyme. Garnished with some dried parsley as I didn't have fresh. Wonderful flavor!

Very tastey! The key is to boil them just the right amount of time.
