So here is a bit of a change up on all this...we did it tonight and used it as a glaze to apply to tenderloin that we cubed and put on skewers. We also did skewers of sweet onions, peppers, mushrooms, pineapple, and zucchini. All we did with the veggie skewers is a bit of olive oil...salt and pepper. We put it all over jasmine rice...and it was INCREDIBLE!

I had venison tenderloin to use up and tried this recipe with it. It was fantastic! And so easy. Not spicy at all so good for kids, too.

It was good, but not amazing. We would have like more heat, and will try chipotle instead of Spanish paprika next time.

I made this last night as a main dish. It was sooo good. I let the strips of meat marinade over night in the frig. I used my grill pan to grill the meat and served it over saffron jasmine rice. A salad of sliced tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil and olive oil completed the meal. This is a keeper for sure.

Great on the barbie! Kids loved it. Used honey mustard + colemans mustard powder instead of DIJON. Great and tangy.

It's easy and delicious! I used honey mustard and regular paprika instead. It turned out great. I skipped the skewers and just put beef on the grill. Quick! It can be served as a main course. Yum!
