Excellent to bring to a BBQ. So easy to prepare and absolutely flavorful!
We used london broil, prepared the sauce and skewers 30 minutes before bring ing to a BBQ, and they were the biggest hit.

We enjoyed the flavor it added to not the "best" cut of meat we received as a Christmas gift. We will definitely use it again. It was quick and easy to put together.

We live in a small town and our grocery store does not sell beef tenderloin. I used sirloin and it was still soooo good! My husband, niece, nephew, sister and father all loved it!

What a hit! I used a ribeye steak, love the garlic-mustard sauce. This one's a winner.

Over powered the flavor of the meat. To much for me, but I do love Bobby Flay's Recipes!! This is the first one I have made that I did not care for.

I wanted to do something really special with some fresh king crab that we got and this was perfect! I cubed up a rib eye and separated out half of the sauce and just dropped the steak into the rest before grilling them on the stove grill - lots of smoke but it only took a few minutes and it was almost more popular than the crab. I served them with toothpicks and the sauce for dipping. . .
