The flavor of the sauce for the meat is good. Too bad I used a junk piece of meat ( I didn't have the type needed. I would definitely eat this again with a good piece of meat!

SUGGESTION: make XTRA garlic-mustard glaze and spice it up a little more. If you're not serving skewers right away, place them in a large aluminium foil paper, then brush w/extra glaze before wrapping them up to keep them warm and moist. Beef tends to get hard and dry once it's cold.
