This is my go to marinade when I need a quick and easy great tasting marinade. It's so much more flavorful than anything I've used out of a bottle. The marinade is also good on chicken and scallops.

I tried this recipe for dinner last night and it was delicious! Usually, when a recipe calls to leave the shell on the shrimp, you just end up peeling off all of the flavor and eating a boring peice of shrimp, but not this one! The shrimp tasted like all of the flavors and lost nothing but the shell. I didn't have peanut oil, so I ended up using sesame oil instead which added an amazing, nutty flavor to this recipe.

This went over really well on my camping trip, it was quick and easy. I marinated before hand and I could barely keep up with the demand. People were hovering over the grill. Two thumbs way up.

If you've ever been to Benni Hanna's (spelling? It tastes just like the ginger dressing they serve with the salad and shrimp. Delish!!

I have made this twice. The first time I overcooked the shrimp and the second time I followed the recipe EXACTLY. These are the best grilled shrimp and people from Louisiana know good shrimp! I also let the shrimp stay in the marinade a lot longer than the recipe called for and I think it only made them better. Definitely a keeper for my family.

This is a great asian influenced shrimp dish. If you like peel and eat shrimp, this recipe puts extra flavor inside and out. The shallots, soy and peanut oil give it a nice balanced flavor and tastes great with steamed rice.

This shrimp is fantastic. I have 2 young children so I peeled the shrimp first to avoid the mess. I also put the shrimp on skewers for easy grilling. This sauce is delicious! I will be using this recipe at every cookout!

Flavor was great but I will peel shrimp before cooking next time, way to messy the other way.

My daughters are VERY picky eaters but this is one dish that they LOVE. I recently left a high end seafood restaurant with them and they commented that my shrimp (this recipe was MUCH better than the shrimp they just had. Fair enough because this dish rocks!!
