    Geez, these were so good. Fantasticly good, it took some time getting these done but oh so worth it. A must do again!!!!!

    The Gingerbread is moist and delicious! The Mango Buttercream was amazing...quite a process, you definitely need to have some baking experience to pull this off. It will definitely become a part of my cupcake repertoire.

    I made just the cupcakes and they were fantastic. I topped them vanilla buttercream frosting and candied ginger. I'd love to make the recipe from start to finish next time, but even as a standalone gingerbread cupcake recipe these were terrific.

    Amazing cupcakes....yes they were a bit time consuming however truly one of my all time favourite cupcakes! The flavours are so well put together!

    Yummy, yummy cupcakes! I bake a lot so I had everything except for the mango. I made 1/2 the amount of icing but used two manoges and it was delicious and the perfect amount of icing. The cupcakes peaked quite high so I don't think that I could have put any more icing on them even if I wanted to. The cupcakes had a delicious taste and very nice texture. They were moist but firm. Super yummy!

    This is a time consuming recipe with a lot of ingredients not usually at hand. However, the time and effort is worth it. I love these cupcakes.
