Grande "Appassionato Mocha"
- 2 (1 1/4-ounce) shots espresso
- 1 1/2 ounces chocolate sauce
- 12 ounces milk, steamed to 150 degrees F
- Fresh whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings
First, pour both espresso shots into the bottom of a cup. Add chocolate sauce and mix well. Add steamed milk until cup is 3/4 full, holding back foam. Top off with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings
