After seeing the show we had to make those wonderful burgers. Now they will become a standard in our house. Thanks Bobby!

I absolutly loved this. I thought the green chili sauce was excellent. I have used the sauce on everything from chicken to fish i have also added coarse chopped tomatoes and used it for a dip. YUM YUM!!!

These burgers were fabulous. The chile paste gave great flavor without overwhelming with spice.

This was ok but not worth the work. The flavor of the green chile sauce got lost beneath the bun.

Love, love, love this green chile sauce. I make it all summer when I grill burgers. It reminds me of the green chile cheeseburgers you get in New Mexico. Way to go Bobby!!

Thank you Bobby - I learned several tips and tricks for grilling burgers, and the green chili sauce on top was incredible. My girlfriend and I devoured these spicy, tasty burgers. One tip I'll use from now on is to season the outside of the patty with heavy S&P versus stuffing it with all kinds of seasoning. The burger came off my grill trully tasting like a burger should, and the S&P 'dry rub' created a slightly crispy and flavorful 'crust'. Great stuff.

I was actually very excited about this recipe. I think i had seen a similiar show on maybe foodnation on a hamburgar with green chile sauce. I love chiles. I have a garden where i grow every chile you could think of. So i expected this to be great. Well i cooked it and followed the recipe to a T and the green chile sauce and a wierd taste to it. I can't point it out but it definitly was not a good tast.

Bobby Flay is genius. Made them last night for dinner and was very impressed. This green chile sauce was easy to make and had just the right level of zing. Loved them so much I am making them again tonight!
