Good flavor <predominantly cilantro> but too little liquid specified. Need ~3x liquid to solids. I used 2.25c of liquid and had to add almost another cup at the end when I realized the rice was still undercooked <used 8" pot>. I would cook peppers in 3c broth/water as it will evaporate to 2.75c. I used NM chiles only and kept most of the seeds but next time will keep all. Used ~1 tsp salt and added 1c corn kernels at the end to steam on top.

This was an absolutely Fabulous recipe! I have had it 3 times this week and just can't seem to get enough...I did increase the liquid 2:1 but it was perfect! I have never reviewed a recipe before but it was so good I had to!

I was really surprised at the heat in the dish! Maybe I just got some potent peppers or something. I liked the flavor and the liquid to rice ratio I was a little concerned about since it wasn't the regular 2:1, but it worked fine for me. Make sure you salt to taste and I added lime at the end. YUM.

We paired Bobby's green rice with a tasty spicy chicken mixed with taco seasoning and chipotles in adobo sauce along with a little lettuce, tomato, cilantro and avocado. Could not have been better! (We also followed another reviewer's advice to add some lime...perfect!

WARNING!!! When processing the stock and peppers: use the blender NOT the food processor. Mine exploded...not good! But i put the remaining in the blender, added a lil more stock and continued with the recipe. It was delicious when finished, I also only used half of a jalapeno (we have a 5 year old and it was the perfect spice for the whole family. It's a little high on the work aspect but I made a double batch to use with burritos this evening and ADD A LITTLE LIME....really makes the whole thing pop!

Per the other reviewers, I increased the amount of broth to 2.5 cups. We really enjoyed this rice. It's a bit on the hot side but that was fine by us!

I was fortunate enough to have a little of this rice leftover, so the next day, I added a little butter to a saute pan, put some of the rice in the pan then cracked eggs on top. Once the egg firms up with the rice, flip it over and cooked until it is as done as you like. It was fabulous!
