Great marinade!. I put the finished sauce in the food processor to make more of a puree.

This is a very flavorful marinade or sauce. Less oil for a sauce and I agree with the comments about adding salt to taste. Great on burgers, chicken and fish as well. Another winner Bobby-thanks again!

Great marinade, even better dipping sauce. Awesome flavors, extremely versatile. I've marinaded strip steaks and pork tenderloins, it's all good!!!! I've made this marinade numerous times, and didn't find it too heavy on the oil??? It's a go to marinade.

I took the suggestion one of you wrote, and I used less oil. It turned out delicious that way. One of the reviewers said that the NY strip steak was a poor cut of meat. What!!!!!!

There was way too much olive oil in the Chimichurri sauce.

The marinade is FANTASTIC as far as putting it on a shell steak...it leaves a lot to be desired. The steak cut is poor at best. I will make this again but I will use a better cut of meat. My husband loved it and the chimichurri was also excellent!

very tasty, make sure to add good salt because the herbs alone can be bland.

This recipe gives the steak a fresh taste. I really enjoyed it. I used sirloin steaks instead becuase NY Strips are a bit too pricey for me but it was still wonderful.
