This has become one of my favorite summer desserts. So simple & yummy! I've been grilling peaches the same way & they turn out just as good and in fact, hold up to the grill little better. I use dark chocolate to serve to the ones watching weight because it's delicious, filling, but a non-guilty dessert.

This is an awesome recipe! Sweet, chocolaty, with a nice crunch from the almonds.
Too bad half my apricots fell through the rack onto the coals! I suggest using some kind of grill pan.
