I loved this recipe, Asparagus on the grill is one of my favorites, and the dressing was great, I now use the dressing on chicken as well.

I have to admit I didn't make the dressing properly, I ran our of lemon juice. But I enjoyed this simple and refreshing way to make asparagus.

The asparagus was great just after grilling. Although I had never used fresh mozzarella, I followed the recipe exactly and even saw the show that featured it. The cheese was a bit much for this treat. The freshness of the asparagus, in my opinion, is key to this one though. It has a crispness from the grill that is different than that of steaming or cooking.
