Grilled Baby Lamb Chops with Honey, Horseradish, Mustard, Mint Glaze
Preheat grill to high. Brush chops on both sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes on both sides for medium-rare doneness. Remove from grill and brush with the glaze.Honey, Horseradish, Mustard, Mint Glaze:
Whisk ingredients together in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
