OMG. I am not the biggest fan of fish but this just MELTED in my mouth. I loved it. Devoured my piece and so did my mother! Just like how fish would taste in a fancy restaurant. I bet the Lemon Parsley Butter would go great on any fish. SO GOOD. Bobby, you are the man!!

This recipe was extremely simple and delicious. I made the entire batch of the compound butter, but used only half and froze the rest for another time. I served it with grilled fingerling potatoes that found their way into the butter on the plate and were fabulous that way. Add grilled asapargus and tomatoes and you have a great, simple outdoor meal.

We made this recipe on the grill yesterday for Father's Day. We could not stop talking about how simple and delicious this recipe was! This is definitely my new favorite fish recipe. I think it would be delicous on many other kinds of fish too!

So I turned on my grill to make this recipe. Oooops no propane! So I went back in the kitchen and pan fried it. It came out crispy and perfect! And the lemon butter was AMAZING! Soo simple and tasty!

I melted the butter because my butter was frozen and I was cooking this on the fly, and it worked well too.

I cooked this trout on our large Foreman (grill open, not closed because we don't have a regular grill. I tried to let the grill get hot before putting on the trout, but still the skin did not get charred or crispy within 5 minutes. I was OK with that...I just flipped over the trout and peeled off the skin while the other side was cooking, since we don't eat the skin anyway. I tossed on a little more salt and pepper and followed directions through. It was incredibly delicious with the butter! Definitely make the butter! My fiance loved it as well. Something this recipe doesn't mention is its good to rinse the fish and pat it try with a paper towel before brushing with oil. We will be making this recipe again very soon. I may try it on a pan on the stove to see if I can achieve more crispiness.

This is the first time I've ever tried grilling Trout, but I knew I wanted to keep light and flavorful. This was such an easy and quick recipe. My grill wasn't hot enough to crisp the skin, but that didn't matter. The fish was perfectly cooked, and the lemon parsley butter was perfect. I'm spoiling my husband for ever getting fish this good eating out! Thanks Bobby!

I had some cedar paper left over from summer. I used it and added the rest at the end and it turned out just great. Loved it. Not for someone looking for a real spicy dish. Light and Lovely. Bobby Flay never lets me down.
