    This recipe will knock 'em dead. I used three crushed cloves and substituted scallions for cilantro because I didn't have any cilantro around and finances are scarce. The taste wowed everyone I to whom I offered a taste. I roasted the tomatoes and served it with whole grain linguine stir fryed with red cabbage, julienned carrots, scallions, and mushrooms. What a great meal. Thank you Bobby.
