Loved the idea and the end product was great! I really wasn't thrilled with the sauce, but after it was seared on the chicked it was a decent touch of flavor.Great idea though, I love goat cheese.

In my house this recipe is knwon as "green chicken". My dad was actually the one wh discovered it because he loves the bobby flay show. We a a griiling family so this chicken was perfect!

has anyone actually figured out the perfect way to role the breasts so as the goat cheese mixture doesn't leak all over the grill?

Aside from that, still a tasty dish

This was easy to make, looked elegant, and was soooo yummy. Had some of the cilatro sauce leftover and it was fabulous on seared ahi as well.

This was fantastic! The chicken was a little hard to roll, make sure to pound it really flat. If one person is preparing it, I would make the sauce ahead of time. Otherwise it was delicious and fun to make!

I chose not to peel any of the peppers (stuffing or sauce and it didn't seem to matter. I also used Anaheim instead of Poblano (which are not carried all year in our market. Cooked under the broiler rather than grilling and it turned out fine, however the smokey grill flavor would add a nice layer.

I love Bobby Flay, but this recipe just was not his greatest. I did not enjoy the sauce or the stuffed chicken.

This dish is soooooo delicious. I made it for a small dinner party my husband and I had at my home several months ago. Our friends still rave about it to this day!!! They are constantly asking me when am I going to make it again and can they come over!! You only have up to a 5 start rating, but I give it a ten!!
    THANKS SO MUCH!!
